If you bought from us in the EU and changed your mind, you have 14 days to back out — no reason needed. Fill this in and we'll take it from there.

Under EU Directive 2023/2673, if you are a consumer in the EU you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. Use this form to formally notify us.
The clock starts the day you (or someone you nominated) physically receive the goods. If your order shipped in multiple parcels, it starts the day the last item arrives.
Yes. After you submit this form, you have 14 days to return the items. We will reply with return instructions within 2 business days.
You cover the cost of return shipping unless we agree otherwise. International customers are responsible for any customs fees.
We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof that you sent them back, whichever comes first). The refund goes to the original payment method.
The 14-day right does not apply to gift cards (digital codes that have already been delivered). It also does not apply if items are returned damaged, used, or in a state we cannot resell.
