ABOUT STIIICKS

We make incense for people who are already in the mess. No affirmations. No chakras. No healing journey. We are the brutally honest best friend in product form.

Our world is dating, friendship and relationships. Incense is our physical product. We are also building a community platform and a dating app within that same world.

Small team. Early stage. Every person here shapes what this becomes. There is no layer between your work and the world.

THE ROLE

There is no single job description here because we have not met you yet.

Maybe you write great copy. Maybe you want to get into sales. Maybe you make content, study ecommerce or design things you wish existed. You might already know what you are good at or want somewhere to find out.

Tell us what interests you, what you want to learn and how much time you have. Together we will find something useful for you to take on.

You can join for a specific project, a school placement or a longer internship. You do not need to want a permanent job here to do something that matters.

WHAT YOU COULD DO

• Content and social media. Make things people want to watch, read and share.
• Copy and writing. Find the words for products, emails, the website or whatever needs saying.
• Sales and retail. Find shops that belong in our world and help get STIIICKS onto their shelves.
• Ecommerce. Work on the store and how people discover, choose and buy our products.
• Community. Bring people together around dating, friendship and relationships.
• Design. Help shape how the brand looks and shows up.
• Tech and product. Get involved in the platforms we are building.
• Research and operations. Find answers, organise what needs organising and help the team work better.

These are starting points. If your thing is missing, tell us what it is and where you think it could fit.

WHO YOU ARE

You are curious, interested in our world and want to contribute to something while learning.

You bring ideas, ask questions and follow through on what you take on. You can work independently and speak up when you need help.

No previous experience required. No specific education or location required. You can be studying, changing direction or looking for practical experience.

Show us what interests you. It does not have to come with a polished portfolio.

WHERE YOU WILL THRIVE

This is a small team with the founder directly involved. Decisions move fast and feedback is direct. Some things are established. Others still need figuring out.

We will agree on a focus that fits your interests and the time you have. You will have room to contribute ideas and take responsibility for real work.
